Shankar Boorla

Shankar Boorla is the Financial Controller of the Company. He carries with him a vast experience in
corporate finance management, planning, corporate governance, restructuring and M&A activities.
He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA Post graduate by qualification with 15 plus years of work
experience occupying both operational and strategic roles. Prior to joining Niramai, he has worked
for diversified industry organizations in Banking, Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Sports and IT sectors
occupying roles in companies like One Savings Bank Plc, Myntra.com, GVK, ZEVEN, The First Cricket
Company Pte Ltd in India and Abroad.
