Thermalytix Creates Guinness World Record in Breast Cancer Screening
On International Women’s Day, March 8, 2026, Niramai’s Thermalytix® enabled a Guinness World Record for the largest number of breast cancer screenings conducted in a single day at a single location. A total of 5,005 women were screened under the Namo Shakti Rath initiative of ITV Foundation, marking the first-ever Guinness World Record involving an AI-based medical device.
This landmark achievement was made possible through the collaboration of ITV Foundation and the Varanasi district administration, whose support helped bring large-scale, AI-enabled breast cancer screening to women across the region.

Prime Minister Modi Showcases Thermalytix® to President Macron
At VivaTech, France, Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted how Niramai’s Thermalytix® is being used in India to expand access to breast cancer screening and support early detection, during his interaction with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The latest US patent, granted on March 24, 2026, covers an innovation in multimodal imaging titled “System and Method for Determining High-Temperature Region Pixels on a Mammography Image.”
