NIRAMAI Health Analytix is looking for a talented and motivated Manager to build, foster, and lead a team of test engineers, dedicated to delivering a testing experience that drives testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

• Collaborate closely with the engineering and product leadership to create thorough test coverage throughout the whole organization
• Continuously coordinate and control the test units providing leadership and formulating team strategy
• Leading all aspects of the test strategy, design, execution, and risk management to achieve missions and objectives
• Identify and plan vital skills allocation and development, ensuring integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of test unit(s)
• Identify & implement solutions for applying new and smarter test methodologies for uncovering quality risk
• Works with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle
• Plan and undertake end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution & defects management

Key Requirements for the Role

• B.E. , BCA & MCA or B.Sc. & M.Sc. or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in defining & implementing product testing processes, tools & technologies; Detail orientation & analytical thinking
• Experience in Automation for UI, Mobile application, API, Web, and Performance
• Experience working with, customizing, and extending test automation frameworks
• Experience in testing mobile apps in iOS, Android OS, and test automation
• Knowledge of test methodology and tools, software testing standards, methods and conventions, build systems, and the product development cycle
• Experience with one or more continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins), and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Exposure to DevOps tech stacks like Docker, Jenkins, Mesos & Marathon
• Advanced knowledge of the Infrastructure, CI/CD tool chains and ecosystem
