Competencies Required

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with Android Studio and Android application development.
• Basic understanding of Git/Bitbucket and source code management.
• Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking tools.
• Exposure to hybrid mobile development frameworks such as Flutter (PhoneGap knowledge is optional and less commonly used today).
• Basic understanding of iOS development using Swift is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and Android Material Design guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications for Niramai products.
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that align with project objectives.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Continuously learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development processes.
• Assist in maintaining existing applications and implementing enhancements and new features.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and development processes as required.
