Step 01

The sensor reads your body’s heat story

A high-resolution thermal sensor is placed 3 feet in front of you — behind a privacy screen. No one enters the space. No one touches you. No one sees you.

The device captures 5 precise thermal views of the chest region in under 2 minutes. You remain fully clothed behind the screen throughout.

Step 02

400,000 temperature points. Mapped precisely.

The thermal images are converted into precise temperature maps — not the visual image, but the underlying data. Every pixel becomes a data point with an exact temperature value.

This gives Thermalytix 50x greater thermal sensitivity than conventional thermography — detecting differences as small as 0.02°C. The human eye misses this entirely. The AI does not.

Step 03

Nine AI models. Running in parallel.

The temperature maps feed into Thermalytix’s proprietary AI engine — nine machine learning models running simultaneously, each trained on mammography, ultrasound, and biopsy data.

01
Temperature Distribution Analysis
The AI maps temperature gradients across the entire chest — identifying normal variation from abnormal asymmetry. Even 0.02°C asymmetries between left and right are flagged for deeper analysis.

Baseline model

02
Vascular Biomarker Detection
Tumours recruit new blood vessels to feed their growth. These vessels produce distinct heat signatures. Thermalytix detects 17 unique vascular biomarkers: vessel tortuosity, skeletal patterns, asymmetry, and extent.

Patented methodology

03
Hotspot Annotation and Localisation
Regions with elevated temperature concentration are automatically identified and spatially located. Tumours as small as 4mm can be detected — compared to 25mm minimum through physical examination alone.

Deep learning

04
Contrast Enhancement and Deep Pattern Recognition
The AI applies contrast enhancement algorithms to surface subtle patterns invisible in raw thermal data. Deep tissue abnormalities that conventional thermography misses entirely are brought into detection range.

9 ML models

05
Quantitative Risk Stratification — B-Score
All signals integrate into a single quantitative Breast Health Score (B-Score, 1-5). A score of 4 or 5 triggers immediate referral for follow-up imaging. Objective, reproducible, not dependent on interpreter skill.

A common question

Thermalytix is not thermography. Here is the difference.

Conventional thermography has existed for decades. Clinicians familiar with it are right to be sceptical — it has a well-documented record of high false positives, subjective interpretation, and unreliable results. Thermalytix is a different technology built on a different scientific foundation.

Attribute Thermalytix® Conventional Thermography
Analysis method AI-automated analysis of temperature maps — fully objectiveAI Manual visual reading by a trained thermographer — subjective

Step 04

The AI marks what needs attention

The annotated thermal output shows exactly what the AI found — and where. Every abnormality is spatially located, labelled, and scored. A trained radiologist reviews and certifies every output before it leaves the system.

Spatial localisation of hotspots
Every elevated temperature region is mapped to its precise anatomical location and measured against the contralateral region.
Vascular biomarker trace
Abnormal blood vessel patterns are detected and visualised — the earliest signal of tumour activity, present before a lump forms.
Radiologist certified output
Every report is reviewed and signed off by a senior radiologist trained in thermal interpretation before reaching the patient or physician.
Quantitative B-Score (1-5)
A clear objective score drives the clinical pathway. B4 or B5: referred for follow-up imaging. B1-B3: annual or biennial recall.

Step 05

The report arrives in 24 hours

The complete Thermalytix® report — annotated thermal images, B-Score, and the radiologist’s clinical notes — is delivered within 24 hours of screening.

It goes to the patient and, where applicable, to the referring physician. Clear. Actionable. No waiting, no uncertainty.

Women who score B4 or B5 are immediately contacted and guided toward appropriate follow-up imaging. The team follows up personally.
